    This FAQ page (Frequently Asked Questions) is maintained to help you find an answer to any questions you may have about how NexTitleSwag.com operates.  If you do not find your answer, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    1. How do I order?

    The approved and easiest method to order is through our online store. GCC does welcome your calls, faxes, and emails at any time. GCC's contact information is listed within the contact us section. We are also always reachable toll free at 1-(800)-604-7000

    2. Can I bill business orders to my corporate office location?

    Once you have registered and submitted the appropriate information, you may begin placing orders on the site.  All orders placed on open account will be reviewed by Lindsy McEntire and approved for processing.  Emails with status updates will be provided throughout the process.  Invoices for shipments will be sent directly to AP@nextitle.com for processing.

    Orders placed using credit cards do not require approvals and will process immediately.  A copy of your receipt will be provided to you by email.

    3. Does GCC accept credit card orders?

    GCC does accept credit and debit card orders. GCC accepts MasterCard, VISA, and American Express.

    4. Are there additional items that can be made available from GCC with our logo in addition to what is shown here for inventory?

    Yes. GCC is able to brand products with your logos according to standards provided to us by your corporate offices. For additional ideas, please click on CUSTOM QUOTE on the home page or contact us at 1-(800)-604-7000. These items are available on a special order basis and we are happy to assist finding the perfect item for your needs.

    5. What is the normal lead time for receiving merchandise after placing an order?

    GCC will ship all orders from our warehouse to your specified locations using your corporate FedEx account that has been provided to us.

    FOR CONTINENTAL US LOCATIONS:

    For items purchased from inventory, please allow up to five business days from shipment date for FedEx delivery.

    FOR HAWAII LOCATIONS:

    GCC will utilize your corporate FedEx account that has been provided to us.  During checkout you will have these options available for shipment and you may choose the method that best meets your needs.

    • Ground/Residential shipments:  3-7  business days
    • Express Saver:  3 business days
    • Two Day Service:  2 business days
    • Standard Overnight:  Next business day by 4:30 PM
    • Priority Overnight:  Next business day by 10 AM

    Items shown on NexTitleSwag.com are available for shipment immediately and most orders received by 1 p.m. EST will ship the same day that we receive the order.

    6. Does GCC offer rush service?

    As items shown on the NexTitleSwag.com site are in stock for immediate shipment, the best way to speed up the receipt of your shipment is through upgraded freight service at an additional charge. Should you believe you need expedited service, you may either contact us prior to placing your order and speak with our Customer Service Specialists or by designating your event or occasion IN HAND DATE in the Checkout process. Rush service must be requested at time of order placement.

    7. Does GCC offer volume discounts?

    Your site features two levels of pricing and both levels are designed to benefit all associates whether they need a few pieces or a few hundred pieces.

    Immediate Inventory Pricing:  Items are available immediately in quantities as low as a single piece at competitive prices with no setups, minimum quantity fees or special make ready fees.  Simply place your order at the price shown.

    Plan Ahead Savings Pricing:   Have a bit of lead time and need several pieces?  This pricing option provides even more savings to you and lead times are relatively short.  Check with your associates too; they may want to join in with their requirements and save not only on the individual item pricing but also on the freight cost when ordering in bulk.

    For significantly large orders, please contact GCC for a special quotation.

    8. Are setups, shipping, and taxes additional charges?

    With items ordered from this site, there are no setup fees for you to pay. Shipping charges are additional and the website offers multiple service levels to choose from at checkout from FedEx. Where appropriate, sales tax will be added to your invoice.

    9. How do I return an item if it becomes necessary?

    Please examine items upon receipt. Returns or exchanges can be made only with prior authorization from General Commercial Corporation and must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip or invoice for proper identification and credit. Returns will be accepted for 30 days from invoice date.

    10. Who is GCC and is GCC an approved supplier for NexTitle and First Hawaii?

    GCC (General Commercial Corporation) is an approved supplier for your promotional products, advertising specialties, executive gifts, and premium promotions.
